Pricing

The prices are on the page. The milestones are in the contract.

Three ways to engage, plus product pricing below. You pay as agreed stages ship, never all up front — and every engagement carries the same guarantee: a working demo every Friday, or that week costs you nothing.

There are exactly three ways to hire us, and they answer one question: do you need a project, a team, or a program? A Sprint is one defined thing, built and handed over. Growth Partner is an ongoing team on monthly retainer. Enterprise is for organizations deploying our platforms at scale. Product subscriptions are separate and listed below.

Sprint

$1,900 / fixed scope

For: you need one thing built with a clear finish line — a website, a dashboard, an integration, a single product deployment.

  • One defined deliverable, agreed in writing before we start
  • 3–5 week delivery with a demo every Friday
  • Security checklist + technical SEO included
  • 30 days post-launch support, then optional care plan
  • Billing: 40% to start · 40% at working demo · 20% at handover

Typical sprints: a Sitezari website; Zaviqo set up with the capture widget on your site; one Mapzari workspace configured for your farm or survey team.

Government & national programs

A national program is Mapzari, scaled up — the same agri-GIS platform priced above as a single-organization deployment, extended to country level: every district mapped, every registered farmer advised, every ministry dashboard live, plus the field teams, training and in-country infrastructure to run it. For: agriculture ministries, provincial departments, development agencies and donor-funded projects that need to see, advise and support farming across an entire region — not one farm at a time. Priced per hectare, against published global benchmarks:

MarketTypical costWhat that buys
USA$15–30 / haFull-stack: AI, sensors, drones, variable-rate equipment
Germany$18–40 / haFarm-management software, sensors, analytics
India$5–10 / haSatellite + mobile advisory

What the program does

Everything Mapzari does for one organization, done for a nation:

  • Sees every field: satellite NDVI monitoring (10 m Sentinel-2) of the whole cultivated area — crop health, water stress, drought and heat clusters, by district
  • Cuts pesticide use: weather-driven AI models estimate pest pressure and disease risk before outbreaks, flag the zones to scout, and — only on confirmation — target treatment to the affected patch, a fraction of the blanket spray area
  • Separates water from fertilizer needs: three satellite indices (vigour, leaf-water, chlorophyll) classify each zone as water-limited, nitrogen-limited or needs-scouting — and estimate the mm of water and kg of fertilizer per zone, so each input goes only where it is needed
  • Advises every farmer: AI guidance by SMS, web and spoken voice — answers read aloud for farmers who cannot read, in 15 languages, matched to each farmer in the national registry
  • Measures the ground: in-field soil sensors feed real measured moisture into every irrigation recommendation
  • Informs every decision: ministry dashboards of cropped area by district and crop, production estimates from official yield tables, stress-flagged parcels and farmer counts — exportable for subsidy targeting and food-security planning
  • Pays for itself: targeted inputs cut farmer costs 20–35%; better timing protects yields 15–30% (precision-ag literature ranges)

Every program includes

  • Dedicated infrastructure with in-country hosting
  • Field operations team and local staffing plan
  • Extension-worker training (80+ staff in a typical rollout)
  • National dashboard: districts, crops, production estimates
  • Monitoring, evaluation & reporting throughout
  • Full source, data and infrastructure ownership transfer at completion

How it’s structured

  • Pilot first: ~400 ha, ~3 months — pilot pricing on request — every tool validated in your fields before national commitment
  • National rollout: milestone-based contract, priced per hectare for your cultivated area
  • Cost-recovery design included: farmer subscription modelling ($3–5/farmer/yr), cooperative licensing, paid add-ons
  • Documented outcomes targeted: 15–30% yield gains, 20–35% input savings (precision-agriculture literature ranges)

Frequently asked

How do you keep my platform secure?

Every build ships with HTTPS/HSTS, a strict Content-Security-Policy, per-IP rate limiting, input validation on every endpoint, encrypted secrets, dependency audits and tamper-evident logging — verified in the deploy pipeline, not promised in a PDF. Security is the default checklist before launch, never an add-on.

How do you prevent surprise API bills?

All third-party APIs (AI models, map tiles, email) run behind hard quotas: daily caps, per-user limits and auto-throttling. When a cap is reached, the system degrades gracefully — Zaviqo, for example, switches to a free scripted mode — instead of spending your money.

Will my site rank on Google?

We ship complete technical SEO: structured data, sitemaps, fast Core Web Vitals, clean markup and keyword-mapped content. Rankings also depend on content and backlinks built over time, so our marketing plans include an ongoing SEO roadmap. We optimize for durable page-1 positions — anyone guaranteeing #1 overnight is selling you something.

Who owns the code and data?

You do. On final payment, full source code, infrastructure access and documentation are handed over. We keep nothing but the case study — and only with your permission.

Sprint, Growth Partner or Enterprise — which one am I?

If you can finish the sentence "I need a ___ built" — that’s a Sprint. If you need things built and run every month (features, campaigns, reports), that’s Growth Partner. If you’re an organization deploying our platforms at scale with SLAs, training and ownership requirements, that’s Enterprise. Unsure? Describe the project to Zaviqo (bottom-right) — it will tell you which fits and the likely range.

How do payments actually work?

Fixed-scope work bills on milestones: 40% to begin, 40% when the working demo is approved, 20% at handover — never 100% up front, in either direction. Subscriptions bill monthly or annually by invoice. International clients pay by bank transfer (SWIFT), Wise or Payoneer; Pakistani clients can use local bank transfer. Every invoice references the milestone or plan it covers, and the Friday-or-free guarantee applies to every billed week of custom work.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes — we deliver remotely worldwide with milestone-based contracts, weekly demo calls in your timezone, and payment via standard international rails.
