This policy explains cancellation and refunds for purchases made through frasassi.co — subscriptions to our software products (Zaviqo, Mapzari, Qarzio and Marqlo), Sitezari website builds, and our professional-services engagements. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service; where this policy and the Terms differ, the Terms govern.
1. How refunds work here
We're built so you don't need a refund to feel safe. For our products, a free plan lets you verify the software before paying anything — the free plan ends exactly where the product starts making you money. For services, every engagement carries our guarantee: a working demo every Friday, or that week costs you nothing, and you pay as agreed stages ship, never all up front. Because the risk is removed before you pay, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
2. Definitions
- Subscription — a recurring plan for one of our software products (Zaviqo, Mapzari, Qarzio, Marqlo).
- Free plan — the no-cost tier you can use to evaluate a product before subscribing.
- Services — fixed-scope or ongoing work delivered under a written proposal (Sprint, Growth Partner or Enterprise), including Sitezari website builds.
- Merchant of Record — the authorised reseller that processes international card payments, issues your receipt and handles applicable taxes; local rupee payments are processed through our local payment gateway.
3. Free plan — try before you pay
Where a product offers a free plan, you can use it to confirm the software fits your needs before you're charged. Free plans may carry usage limits, and a product may degrade gracefully to free behaviour when a usage cap is reached. Upgrading to a paid subscription is your choice — we don't charge a free-plan user without an explicit upgrade.
4. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the interval you choose at checkout (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. The current price and renewal date are shown on our Pricing page and in your account; prices may change with notice for future renewals. Applicable taxes are added or included as shown at checkout.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@frasassi.co. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it doesn't retroactively refund the current period. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for, after which the plan reverts to the free plan (where one exists) or access ends. You may close your account at any time.
6. Refunds — product subscriptions
Consistent with our Terms of Service (Fees, billing & refunds), fees already paid for a subscription are non-refundable except where required by law — the free plan is there so you can validate the product before paying. We don't provide pro-rata refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans, and renewals aren't refunded; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Genuine duplicate or erroneous charges will, of course, be corrected.
7. Refunds — Sprints & professional services
Services are governed by the written proposal you sign, which sets out scope, milestones and billing (for a Sprint, typically 40% to start, 40% at the working demo, and 20% at handover). You pay as stages ship, never all up front. Our weekly guarantee means that if a scheduled Friday demo doesn't ship for a given week, that week costs you nothing — applied as a credit against fees, not paid out in cash. Because these engagements reserve dedicated team time, amounts paid for work already performed or in progress are non-refundable; amounts pre-paid for milestones not yet started may be refundable, less any work already done.
8. What is never refundable
- renewal payments — cancel before the renewal date to stop future billing;
- usage-based or metered charges, for example AI usage, that have already been consumed;
- one-time setup, onboarding, domain, third-party licence or hosting pass-through charges;
- fees for accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms, non-payment, or unlawful or abusive use.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or refund — for example an EU/UK cooling-off period for digital purchases — it's honoured as required by law. For international card payments, statutory and tax-related refunds are processed by the Merchant of Record.
10. Failed payments & chargebacks
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend the subscription until payment succeeds. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact info@frasassi.co first — we'll almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account pending review.
11. Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase, and material changes will carry an updated effective date.
